In the podcast episode of 'My Wildest Prediction', Tara Chklovski, CEO of Technovation, discusses the ongoing gender gap in the workplace, particularly in STEM fields. Despite women making up 42% of the global labor force, they hold less than a quarter of high-ranking roles. Chklovski emphasizes the importance of empowering young women in tech and predicts that the next major tech company could be founded by a young girl. Technovation, founded in 2006, aims to support girls aged 8 to 18 in launching tech startups and developing essential skills.
