The US just launched a new ‘Tech Force’ to hire AI talent. Here’s what to know
Cikk tartalma röviden
The US is launching the 'US Tech Force' program to recruit top tech talent and address critical skills gaps in federal agencies after significant layoffs. The initiative aims to hire around 1,000 tech professionals starting in Spring 2026, with salaries between $150,000 and $200,000. The program allows experienced private sector workers to mentor participants. This comes after a challenging year for tech workers due to government purges and visa fees imposed by the Trump administration.
