In the German village of Dornberg, archaeological excavations revealed traces of prehistoric periods, including a trapezoidal ditch from the Baalberg culture, burial stools from the late Neolithic, and a Bronze Age burial mound. A secret passage was discovered, filled with pottery, charcoal, and animal remains, suggesting it was man-made and possibly used for refuge or religious purposes during the Middle Ages.
