Ten individuals are set to go on trial in Paris for sexist cyber-bullying against Brigitte Macron, the wife of French President Emmanuel Macron. They are accused of spreading false claims about her gender and sexuality, as well as making derogatory comments about the age difference between her and her husband. Previous accusations against two of the defendants were dismissed by a court of appeals. The Macrons have filed a lawsuit against right-wing influencer Candace Owens for promoting conspiracy theories about Mrs. Macron's gender.
