Turkey has detained over 350 suspected Islamic State members in nationwide police operations. Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced that 357 suspects were apprehended across 21 provinces, following a violent siege in Yalova that resulted in the deaths of three police officers. Authorities are concerned about planned attacks against non-Muslims during the holiday season. The operations included raids in major cities like Ankara and Istanbul, where weapons and digital materials were seized. President Erdoğan condemned the violence and reaffirmed Turkey's commitment to combating terrorism.
