Two high-ranking officials of the Catholic Church in Greece are under investigation for allegedly embezzling €3 million to fund nightclubs. The Anti-Money Laundering Authority has frozen assets of five nightclub owners. The case, originating from an audit, is now with the chief prosecutor's office for further investigation.
