A BBC investigation has revealed the identities of two Bulgarian women, Cvetelina Gencheva and Tsvetanka Doncheva, involved in a Russian spy network operating from the UK. Both women participated in surveillance operations against targets, including journalists. Gencheva, an airport worker, used her position to gather flight information, while Doncheva conducted surveillance on journalist Christo Grozev in Vienna. Neither woman has been charged with any crime, and their involvement in the spy network was confirmed through digital research and social media. The network, directed by Jan Marsalek, has been described as 'highly sophisticated' and poses a threat to lives.
