Ukraine's National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) has launched a significant investigation into corruption in the energy sector, particularly involving Energoatom. The investigation, which included extensive wiretapping and raids, revealed a criminal organization allegedly controlling state-owned enterprises and collecting bribes. Key figures implicated include Ihor Myroniuk, Dmytro Basov, and Timur Mindich, a former business partner of President Zelenskyy. Zelenskyy and Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko emphasized the need for effective anti-corruption measures.
