The Palace of Versailles is set to open a new gallery on July 4 to commemorate the 250th anniversary of US independence. This gallery will highlight the historical ties between France and the United States, showcasing significant figures and events from the American Revolution. The initiative reflects a long-standing desire to celebrate the Franco-American relationship, dating back to the era of Louis XVI.
