Producing goods has become more expensive in the Euro area (+0.2%) and the EU (+0.4%) over the past year. Bulgaria saw the highest increase (+10.7%), while Estonia and others reported price decreases. Industrial producer prices for energy fell by 1.1%, while non-durable goods rose by 2.2%. The COVID-19 pandemic caused significant price fluctuations, with a notable drop in early 2020 and a surge until 2022, followed by stabilization in mid-2023.
