The ETA replaces the Electronic Visa Waiver (EVW) and allows for multi-entry validity at a cost of £10, with plans to increase to £16. Applications can be made via a mobile app or online, and decisions are typically made within three days. The ETA is valid for two years, allowing multiple entries for up to six months at a time.
