Romania, Lithuania, Bulgaria, and Poland have seen the highest minimum wage growth in the EU from 2015 to 2025, with increases between 10% and 14%. France and Malta recorded the lowest growth rates. While 22 EU countries have a national minimum wage, disparities exist, with six countries exceeding €1,500 per month.
