Isar Aerospace, a Munich-based startup, conducted its first test flight of the Spectrum rocket from Andøya, Norway. The rocket crashed 30 seconds after launch, resulting in an explosion. Despite this, CEO Daniel Metzler declared the flight a success, as it met expectations and validated the Flight Termination System.
